Ruth Langsford has embarked on a new fitness journey after an old clip of herself training for Strictly Come Dancing resurfaced on social media.
The 60 year old, who recently left fans in tears after kissing her mum through a window on Mother's Day, first reposted a video which her previous professional trainer Frank Sinclair shared of them both exercising for her role on the BBC One dance competition show back in 2017.
The clip sees both Ruth and Frank running, squatting and skipping in her back garden in preparation for the series. Now, three years later, the TV presenter has said she's ready to get serious about her exercise regime once more.

Another said: "Well done Ruth skipping is great," together with a clapping hands emoji and a pink hearts emoji.
A third chimed: "Go Ruth!! Ur amazing and you’ve certainly inspired me," [sic] alongside a clapping hands emoji and a red heart emoji.

But when Ruth, who recently revealed she and Eamonn never break wind in front of each other, asked the snipper for advice on how she could trim her own “sheepdog” fringe with her nail scissors, Eamonn couldn’t resist getting up to mischief.
“I can do it,” volunteered the Irishman, while his wife moved his hand away before saying: “You’re not coming anywhere near me,” Ruth scolded him.
When her troublemaker hubby refused to listen as she attempted once again to trim her tresses, she yelled, "Eamonn stop it, stop it! I'll poke myself in the eye.”
